30 nights to try it. Free returns.
Wear your LUXARA Ring for up to 30 nights from the day it's delivered. If it isn't for you, for any reason, email us. We send you a free prepaid US return label and refund you in full once it's back.

Wrong size?
Same deal. Email us within 30 nights of delivery and we send a free return label, then ship your new size free. Prefer your money back? We refund you instead.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We replace it or refund you in full, and we cover all shipping.

How to start a return
Email support@wearluxara.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day with your free label. Please unpair the ring from the app, pack it with the charger and cable, and contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds
We refund your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. Shipping was free, so nothing is deducted.

Not eligible
Requests made more than 30 nights after delivery, and rings damaged by misuse.
