Find your size
Wrap a strip of paper snugly around the base of the finger the ring is for. Mark where it overlaps, then measure the strip.
Enter the measurement to see the size.
Order the size already worn on that finger. Between sizes? Size up. The band is wider than a normal ring, so it sits snugger than you expect.
Fit it to the index or middle finger — that's where the reading is strongest. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest.

No. You pay once. The app is free on iPhone and Android, every feature is included, and nothing renews.
When will it arrive?
It ships free with tracking and arrives in 7–12 business days. We email your tracking link the moment it ships.
What if I don't like it, or it doesn't fit?
You have 30 nights from delivery. Email us and we send a free return label. We refund you in full, or ship the right size free. No restocking fee.
How do I pick a size?
Use Find my size: a strip of paper and a ruler take a minute. Between two sizes, size up. The band is wider than a normal ring.
Which phones does it work with?
iPhone and Android, through a free companion app. Download it after delivery and pair the ring over Bluetooth.
How long does the battery last?
About 5 days with typical use. Top it up on the included charger while you shower or get ready.
Can I wear it in water?
It's water resistant (5 ATM) for hand-washing, rain and everyday splashes. Take it off for hot showers, hot tubs and saunas.
Is it a medical device?
